The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulate health and care organisations across the UK. The CQC are developing their Dementia Strategy to improve the experience of people living with dementia, in the health and care system.


The CQC want the views of carers, dementia patients and under-represented groups, to direct their Dementia Strategy.


This survey is an opportunity to share your views on dementia health and care, health inequalities and how the CQC can work best with people who have real life experience.
