Off The Track Sponsorship Application

Application 2025/26

Pony Club Victoria is pleased to partner with Racing Victoria's Off The Track Program to offer event support. Clubs and Zones have the opportunity to apply for sponsorship (prizes) to assist attracting riders with OTT horses to their event.

Accepting sponsorship acknowledges that your organising committee agree to comply with the terms and conditions which are set out below.

Only OTT horses who have been claimed with Racing Victoria's OTT Community Program are eligible for any prizes. These OTT horses must also be listed on the riding members JustGo profile so that PCV can track the number of OTT horses within our organisation.

Off The Track prizes are only to be awarded to pony club members. Open classes are not eligible.

Event must take place prior to May 2026.

Our club will promote Racing Victoria's Off The Track Community as a sponsor of our event through social media, website, email, event entry and other marketing.

Our club will email PCV (office@ponyclubvic.org.au) with event details including entry link and flyer to enable the event to be listed on the OTT website.

Our club will acknowledge Racing Victoria, Pony Club Victoria & Off The Track through social media, website, emails, merchandise, programs, entry form and other promotional material.

Our club will email PCV the racing names and microchip numbers of all competing OTT horses at least two weeks before event, or when entries close (whichever is earlier) in order to confirm eligibility.

Our club will use the OTT logo on all event promotional material. Logo can be accessed via the PCV website. Search: Clubhouse/Off The Track Sponsorship.

Our club will acknowledge Racing Victoria and OTT as sponsors of the event using the tagging @RV_offthetrack and #hereforthehorses.

Our club will endeavour to ask a representative of the racing industry or Racing Victoria to present prizes.

Our club accepts that Racing Victoria has permission to attend any event with a photographer and/or videographer to take footage of the OTT participants for promotional videos.

Our club will promote the Off The Track 'Full Circle' and 'Off The Track Community' programs.

Our organising committee will only award prizes to Pony Club Victoria Members who are riding eligible OTT horses

Our organising committee will make PA Announcements at event acknowledging sponsorship and provide messaging around the OTT Community Program.

Our organising committee will endeavour to use a representative of the racing industry or Racing Victoria to present prizes.

Racing Victoria can attend with a photographer and/or videographer to take footage of the OTT participants for promotional videos.

Our organising committee will promote the Off The Track 'Full Circle' and 'Off The Track Community' programs.
