Workshops and Trainings Proposal
Workshops and Trainings will be scheduled for Monday, December 3rd. We have ten meeting rooms available to accommodate hands-on learning through Workshops and Training sessions. We will assign meeting space in blocks of 4 hours and specifically need to know your room configuration needs and access to the internet.
The Fire Congress program will feature plenary speakers from Europe, Australia, and North America focused on the latest findings, information, and trends related to wildland fire management. In addition, speakers will focus on education and learning plus policy and human dimensions as research moves from discovery to adoption and implementation on the ground.
If you are interested in holding a Workshop, please complete this form. If you have questions, you can contact the Workshops and Trainings Coordinator, Robert Gray at bobgray@shaw.ca or 604.824.8726. All Proposals are due by September 1, 2012.
