Since June 2023, Sierra Jobs First has helped build shared vision, momentum, and investment across the seven-county Sierra region — connecting partners in workforce development, small business, natural resource stewardship, and more. As state California Jobs First funding sunsets in September 2026, Sierra Business Council and partners are exploring what comes next.
Please share your ideas and recommendations in this short survey (5-7 minutes). This survey is being distributed with leaders across the region (tribes, local governments, nonprofits, businesses and others) to collect feedback on the values, needs and future direction of regional collaboration and partnership.
