SCOSA Events in Aging Submission Form

Complete this form to submit your organization's event to appear in the SCOSA Monthly Newsletter. Submissions must be completed by the 18th of the previous month. You must complete all required questions. SCOSA will review all submissions to ensure that they are consistent with our mission, which can be found on our website. Submissions are subject to space limitations, and as such we ask that Event Descriptions be no longer than 75 words. Event Descriptions will appear as written in the newsletter. You will have an opportunity to upload a flyer at the end of the form, if you so choose.
