Doug Bartl* (Director since 2014) - Facilities Director of Oracle, managing the 488 Almaden Blvd. building as well as other South Bay locations. Bartl is an accomplished facility/building manager with over 20 years experience in the industry including 10 years in downtown San Jose. Bartl is SJDA Treasurer and also President of the PBID Board of Directors.

Joshua Burroughs* (Director since 2015) - Partner at Urban Catalyst, a real estate development fund focusing on Downtown San Jose. Burroughs currently serves on the Urban Land Institute Silicon Valley Board, Bellarmine Alumni Council, PATH San Jose Advisory Board, Chair of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Wheelchair Foundation, and member of the Rotary Club of San Jose.

Yusuf Clack - Owner/ Operator of ClackFit, located near the SAP Center since 2012. Born and raised in Fremont and an SJSU graduate, Clack has been living in San Jose for the past 14 years. When not hanging with his wife and two kids, he spends his time advocating for the health benefits of classic resistance training and coaching adults at his local fitness facility.

Brian Corbett* (Director since 2016) - Studio Director/Senior Associate with Gensler, Corbett leads a multi-disciplinary design team specializing in architecture, interior design and branding. He has 16 years of professional experience in the design industry and is an active member of AIA Silicon Valley and SPUR San Jose. Corbett brings his architectural design expertise to SJDA as chair of the Downtown Design Committee and is an Executive Committee member.

James Cummins - As a Senior Associate Attorney at Hoge Fenton, Cummins represents trustees, executors, personal representatives and attorneys in litigation matters. Cummins is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Santa Clara University School of Law, and the San Jose Leadership Program with The Silicon Valley Organization.

Nick Goddard - Senior Vice President at Colliers International. Goddard’s long-term advocacy for downtown stems from his student years at SJSU and from his hometown of London. Goddard is heavily involved in fueling urban regeneration and neighborhood revitalization projects and has been instrumental in many of the recent downtown San Jose building sales and tenancies

Jarrod Jenkins* (Director since 2018) - Jenkins is a Product Policy Manager at Facebook, where he leads Monetization Policy. Outside of work, he is a Downtown San Jose resident, creator of the San Jose Social Club group, organizer of SantaCon San Jose, 2019 Fellow with New Leaders Council – Silicon Valley Chapter, Urban Confluence community task force member, and an active member of Echo Church.

Matt Lituchy - Chief Investment Officer at Jay Paul Company overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, new business opportunities and capital and financing activities for the company. Lituchy currently serves as the Board President of the East Cut Community Benefit District in San Francisco, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley chapter of NAIOP, and serves on the Northern California Real Estate and Construction Council for the City of Hope.

Matthew Mahood - Since 2011 Mahood has served as the President & CEO of The Silicon Valley Organization, one of the largest and most influential business associations in California. His extensive background as an executive in business operations spans three decades in both the for- and non-profit sectors. Mahood is a member of the Rotary Club of San Jose.

Frank Nguyen - Owner of Academic Coffee in SoFA since 2017. Nguyen’s business model is deeply embedded in the community and committed to social progress. Certified by the Specialty Coffee Association, Academic is the fastest growing café in San Jose.

Ryan Summers* (Director since 2017) - Owner/Operator of Good Karma Artisan Ales & Café since 2006 and the recently opened Pizza Flora restaurant both on South 1st Street in the Historic District. Summers has over 13 years of sales, business development, management and customer service experience working in the retail environment in the downtown core.
