The Clubhouse at the Cochrane Ranch will be the home-based business headquarters. The upstairs of the building will be where home-based business owners will be scheduled to run their 60 minute workshop/seminar/class. Every ELEVATE participant who is participating in these offerings will have to walk through the main floor level to access the upstairs. The tables for the ELEVATE Marketplace will be set up on the main floor. There is only space for 6-8 tables. Most of the action for the Marketplace will take place during the half hour breaks in between scheduled sessions. I will not hold ELEVATE, Marni Richelle McConnach or anyone associated with ELEVATE liable for any accident or harm done to participants during my service or demonstration offering. I will not hold ELEVATE, Marni Richelle McConnach or anyone associated with ELEVATE liable for any lost, stolen or damaged materials. I understand that if I cause physical damage to the Clubhouse that I will pay a damage fee of $100. I understand and agree that I am not being financially compensated for my participation in ELEVATE. I understand that ELEVATE is an inclusive event and promise not to discriminate against any participants for any reason. It is my responsibility to ensure the participants who take part in my offering feel safe and supported. As a participating business, I understand that I am to represent ELEVATE with respect and dignity. If I have any concerns, I will bring them to the attention of Marni Richelle McConnach to be dealt with. Marni Richelle McConnach has permission to remove any business from ELEVATE if there are concerns regarding alignment with ELEVATE’s mission and respect shown to the event coordinator. I understand that I am to pay the fee outlined above on or before Sept 1, 2020 in order to confirm my table. I understand there will be no refund for my table fee once paid. All materials and additional costs associated with my offering will be paid and provided by me, not ELEVATE.
