Project Description

The purpose of this project is to investigate how introspection (i.e., aspects such as mindfulness, self-reflection, and empathy) contribute to social intelligence. In addition, the relationship between these factors and wellbeing will be investigated. If you are 18 years or older, you are invited to participate in this project.

Participation

If you agree to participate in this project, you will be asked to complete an online survey that will take approximately 30 minutes of your time. The survey includes questions such as “How much of the time do you feel you are making progress towards accomplishing goals?” and “To what extent do you feel loved?”
 
Your participation in this project is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to take part you are not required to. If you decide to take part and later change your mind, you are free to withdraw at any point. Please note, that if you wish to withdraw from the project after you have submitted your responses, the Research Team will be unable to remove your data from the project because your responses are not identifiable.

Your decision to participate (or not), will in no way impact your current or future relationship with the University of the Sunshine Coast or any of the researchers.

Consent

You will be asked to provide consent before participating in the research. The research team will not be able to identify if you choose to participate. Consent is for the use of non-identifiable data in this and future research, which may include other researchers.
