This survey will help guide discussions for the Strengthening Institutional Support for Native Artists (SISNA) initiative. Your responses will inform the National Master Plan and priority setting.
The survey is organized into sections (Policy, Advocacy, Institutional Partnerships, Funding & Resources, etc.). Each section contains a list of possible priorities.
Please use the five-star rating system to show how important each item is to you and your community:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars = Critical priority (must be addressed; highest importance)
⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 stars = Very important (should be addressed soon)
⭐⭐⭐ 3 stars = Important (worth addressing, but not urgent)
⭐⭐ 2 stars = Somewhat important (nice to address, but lower priority)
⭐ 1 star = Not important (not a priority for me or my community)
You may give multiple items 5 stars. The goal is to see which priorities rise to the top when responses are combined across the network.
Please answer as much or as little as you like. Other than contact information, all questions are optional. Partial responses are still valuable.
This survey is not anonymous. This is not an opinion poll or evaluation. It is a working document that will help inform the National Master Plan. We need to know who we are working with so we can follow up, connect you with resources, and involve you in ongoing initiatives.
