Medical Card and Spinal Cord Injury

This survey has been developed by Spinal Injuries Ireland to obtain a picture of the impact that a lack of automatic entitlement to medical card has on individuals with a spinal cord injury and their employment status.  The survey results will be submitted to Minister Finian McGrath (Minister for Disabilities) who requested this information after attending the SII AGM in October 2016.  Your completion of the survey is greatly appreciated.
