The Staffing Industry Benchmarking Consortium (SIBC) is SIA's most detailed benchmarking study of US staffing firm financial and operating metrics, with participation exclusively available to SIA's Corporate Member staffing firms, and the full 50+ page report of results available only to those companies that choose to participate. The participation deadline is Wednesday, April 8th, 2026. Please note that the SIBC survey instrument is an offline Excel-based form, linked to below.

The study provides industry benchmarks including:
• Income statement benchmarks, gross margin, and EBITDA
• Recruiter and salesperson productivity and turnover
• Trends in bill rates, pay rates, and DSO
