3. Develop and submit Strategies for Instructional Access Implementation Plans
4. Meet monthly as a team to discuss barriers to instruction
5. Implement strategies based on collaborative team discussions
6. Collect data regarding implementation
7. Complete surveys to report on strategies and impact
8. Document teacher release time and travel costs to submit for reimbursement
