In June 2025 Seymour Health (SH) commenced the process to develop a Strategic Plan. As a part of the process the Board are seeking the perspectives of community members in relation to priorities that should be focused on now and into the future.

This survey seeks to gain insight into your thoughts on the direction of SH. Responses to this survey will be kept confidential and will be used as input to assist the Board to determine a series of priority areas for SH moving forward.
