We are thrilled that you are planning to attend. Connectathons are a key part of our community engagement, and this survey is intended to welcome you as a community member and ensure you get great value out of the event whether this is your first or fifteenth time attending. Please answer each question to the best of your ability.

2.The FHIR Connectathon is divided into tracks. Each track has one or more specific use cases that is of interest to a community group. Participants will exchange data, discuss any issues that arise, and contribute to a summary report describing the outcomes. Click this link to review the track list from the main confluence page.
