AMCHP is a membership association. As a member, Committees are a way for you to effect meaningful change on a national level, have your voice be heard, and to be a part of conversations only we are having.

AMCHP Committee participation is a member benefit: AMCHP committees assist the organization in carrying out its mission, goals, and strategic plan. As a member of a committee, you will be playing an important role in the development of AMCHP's program and policy activities. At the same time, volunteering on an AMCHP committee offers you rich professional development and networking opportunities and potentially provides a future pathway towards greater leadership roles in this organization.

AMCHP committee members are volunteers. This survey is intended to solicit new volunteers for committees. If you are already serving on a committee and are up for reappointment for a second or third term, you will be contacted separately and are asked NOT to use this survey to express interest in reappointment. However, if you would like to express interest in a new or additional committee, please do so through this survey.

Student: I am currently in school studying something related to public health or maternal and child health

Youth / Young adult: I am currently between the ages of 14 and 22.

Person with lived experience: I am someone who has knowledge and expertise derived from my personal lived experiences, such as parenting, pregnancy, living in poverty, having a disability, etc.
