Information Letter

Dear respondent,

Welcome to the MICA Response survey launched by INATBA (International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications). The objective of the survey is to collect reactions to the Markets in Crypto-assets Regulation proposal as published by the European Commission on  24th September 2020 (hereinafter MICA) from a wide spectrum of directly or indirectly affected industry stakeholders and field experts, which will shape INATBA's official response to the proposal.

This survey may include questions addressing your personal data or your personal data may be used for the distribution of the survey. The personal data will be used solely for research purposes and will be protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation that came into force on 25th May 2018 (hereinafter GDPR). Your answers will be, again in compliance with GDPR, stored for 3 years. We will not forward your personal data to any third party. Similarly, your individual responses will not be published or forwarded to any third parties and will be used solely for the purposes of this research or other similar research projects in the future.
