Two-Generation Strategies for Young Families Experiencing Homelessness

This survey will help SchoolHouse Connection (SHC) shape our efforts to disrupt generational homelessness among young families. Please share as much information as you are able, but none of the questions are mandatory. When we ask about “serving young families” we mean both assisting parents to become self-sufficient, and assisting children to be healthy, well, and on track developmentally.

We expect this survey to take approximately 10 minutes. You may send information or questions directly to SHC’s Consultant for this project, Lisa Pilnik, at lisa@childfamilypolicy.com.

Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with us!
