October 2012 will be Suffolk's third ever Health and Wellbeing Month.

Have you got an event?

Suffolk Libraries, Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust and The Mind Sanctuary are working together to promote these events on behalf of partner organisations in Suffolk.

The month comprises a series of events dedicated to improving mental wellbeing, challenging stigma towards mental health and providing information on local services.

The focus of this year's Suffolk Health and Wellbeing Month is depression, which ties in with the theme for World Mental Health Day on 10 October (Depression: A Global Crisis).

By registering your event with Suffolk Health and Wellbeing Month you will:
- be included on the calendar of events on www.themindsanctuary.com
- recieve guidance for promoting your event including a template press release
- get advice and support through the organisation process
- be part of the biggest health and wellbeing event in Suffolk!
