Welcome to the SHAPE Ministry and the exciting journey of unleashing God's design for your life!
The S.H.A.P.E. discovery process you are about to begin will help you identify your (S) Spirtual Gifts, (H) Heart, (A) Abilities, (P) Personality, and (E) life Experiences. Together, this will reveal your unique God-Given "SHAPE" which will show you how God has magnificently created you -- unlike any other person on earth!
This online "Spiritual Gifts Inventory" is the first step in identifying your SHAPE -- as it focuses on the "S" - Spiritual Gifts. Discovering your spiritual giftedness is to know an exciting facet of the whole person God has created you to be.
This electronic survey will record your answers to a series of questions. Then, once complete, your results will be automatically sent to our SHAPE team for scoring and summarizing.
