1. San Gabriel Unified School District Parent Survey 2016

The California State Department of Education requires that the San Gabriel Unified School District conduct a parent survey to show how parents rate 1) their understanding of the school program and 2) the two-way communication between home and school. Please respond to the following statements by marking the box indicating your rating of each item. All surveys are confidential. Results will provide valuable information to assist school staff to evaluate the effectiveness of our academic program and parent communication. Please complete a survey for each school your children currently attend.
