Rise and Shine Summer 2026 Registration Form
We are accepting registrations on a rolling basis.
This information is collected to help us assess your suitability for the Rise and Shine program. Your personal information is treated as confidential by Minerva BC and is collected and managed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that you cannot save your progress in this application. We encourage you to save your responses in a separate document to ensure you don't lose your work.
