A Systemic Overview


A sustainable motion picture industry in Washington State must be inclusive and free from inequities. Washington Filmworks acknowledges that there are historic and significant systemic barriers in the industry and in response is working with Epiphanies of Equity to develop social and racial equity goals.

This first survey asks you to reflect on different cultural aspects and experiences with Washington Filmworks, and your responses will be incorporated into policies and programs in the future. All questions are optional and answers will only be seen by the staff at Epiphanies of Equity. Please fill out as many questions as you can so that we can incorporate your experiences and story in our roadmap.

Some of the terms used in the survey have been defined in-line with text. You can also find a full operational definition document here.
