Planning a Private event at the 2018 SGIM Annual Meeting? SGIM is offering a new service to help facilitate the process.

- Meeting Space at SGIM Annual Meeting Headquarter Hotel
Select from a wide variety of meeting rooms on three levels of the hotel with several room sets available to perfectly host your event.
- Priority Placement
Over 30 Private Events took place at SGIM17, allowing institutions to host their private social gatherings. Priority scheduling and space selection is determined by the date of request.
- Listing in SGIM18 Mobile Meeting App
Visible to all attendees or to a pre-determined list you provide to SGIM staff. Deadline for Mobile App Inclusion: March 8, 2018.
- Room Signage
SGIM branded signs will help your invited guests find your private social event.
- Included Audio-Visual*
Audio-visual already provided in meeting rooms (computer, projection screen, wireless internet, microphone) are included. *Additional AV can be requested. SGIM’s long-time partner, an international audio-visual company, is offering reduced pricing for a limited time with this offer.
Application Fee
- Reserve by March 8, 2018: $100
Private event applications are limited to social gatherings by SGIM members and/or SGIM Annual Meeting attendees only.
All reservation inquiries at the Annual Meeting headquarter hotel for events not hosted by SGIM will be referred to SGIM staff.
