Can I request to change my assigned poster presentation session?
Yes, however:
Requests to move poster presentations from one Poster Session to another can only be accommodated if space is available.
Rescheduling requests cannot be guaranteed and can only be processed on a case by case basis.
Posters are organized and grouped thematically by content area/submission category within a Poster Session. Thus, if your poster presentation time is rescheduled to another poster session, it will be thematically isolated. Click here to view Poster Session Organization.

Travel Conflict?
If you are unable to travel and present your poster within your assigned Poster Session, you can request to reschedule your Poster Session assignment. Due to the organization of content area/submission categories within each Poster Session, please be advised that moving a poster to another session would most likely result in the thematic isolation of your work. Your request can only be accommodated if space is available.
Upon submission, presenting authors had to confirm that if accepted, they would be available to travel and present during the entire length of the 2018 SGIM Annual Meeting, April 11-14, 2018.
