Major Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
  • Management of HRMS Module
  • Ensure Leave & Absence Management modules are up and running
  • Provide Techno-functional Support for Oracle Performance Management Module
  • Provide Techno-Functional support for payroll functions
  • Interface with HR (Comp & Ben) to ensure that the payroll reflects the changes in connection with salary increments, bonus payments, employee final settlement payments etc.
  • Research and develop new technology e.g. Oracle BI, XML Publisher and Oracle Alerts with specific time frame and propose the best practice and cost effective recommendations
