The 2026 Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Survey is a self-reporting tool for the 2025 performance year. Please use this tool for building use types other than labs, hospitals, and parking facilities.
Building upon GBA's previous IAQ surveys in 2017, 2019, and 2022, the 2026 IAQ survey reflects current trends and best practices in the industry, and gathers data on an individual building level.
If you have multiple buildings, after you finish this survey, please take it again for as many buildings as you have!
The 2026 IAQ Survey is a 33 question, self-reporting tool for the 2025 performance year. Organizations are not required to submit supporting documentation.

These questions and category areas were collected via multiple building rating systems, including LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL, FitWEL, ReSET, and research conducted with the University of Pittsburgh.

Questionnaire results will only be released to the public in aggregate, taking care to remove any building or owner identifiers.
