Welcome to the DFI Self-Advocacy Programme survey. 
This benchmarking survey is essential for us to capture the wide breadth of our member needs and will enable us develop a robust programme with practical supports focused on members requirements. 
 
Please Note: The survey should be completed by the most relevant person in your organisation.
