Please note: Among the criteria to be selected as a partner, all companies must meet the following criteria:

• Fill a need for member brokerages.
• Support other LeadingRE initiatives and goals for its diverse portfolio of companies.
• Offer some type of preferred pricing or terms for members versus “street” product.
• Be among top two or three companies in category.
• Have an excellent reputation and come with good references from other users, preferably LeadingRE members.
• Have been offering product for a minimum of one year.
• Be broker-centric in terms of product delivery.
• Have a philosophy/culture that is compatible with that of LeadingRE.
• Be able to serve companies nationally (internationally, if applicable).
• Be prepared to devote resources to marketing to our members rather than relying solely on LeadingRE.
