JLL INTEGRATED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (IFM) GENERIC INDUCTION

Welcome to the JLL Generic Contractor Induction Home Page. It is a requirement that all contractors who are to perform works at our client premises complete both a Generic and Site Specific induction.
This site is for the purpose of providing a Generic Induction for contractors that will be attending and performing works on our clients' sites for JLL INTEGRATED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (IFM). The Generic Induction must be completed before attending site. The Site Specific Induction will be performed when you visit each client site.
There are five components which comprise the generic induction, these are:
1. Entering your details and those of your company
2. View the Contractor Induction Video
3. Download and read the Contractor Induction Pack and communicate any questions you may have regarding the training
4. Your confirmation that you understand and have completed the JLL Generic Contractor Induction Training, have been issued with the Site Induction Support Handbook and been shown the JLL Site Induction Video.
5. Download, complete and return the Certificate of Generic Induction to JLL. Please note that your manager must also complete their section of the acknowledgment before returning to JLL. There are instructions on the certificate to return to JLL via the correct method.
6. When you have returned via the email address, as nominated on the Certificate of Generic Induction, you will then receive a Contractor Generic Induction Card via return email which you and your manager will be required to complete. You will then be required to produce the card as part of the site specific induction when you attend site.
NOTE: If at any stage you are asked for a log in and password please press cancel. This will not affect your induction application.
