Introduction
As part of the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2024 funding to community-based primary care clinic grantees, $1,250,000 is available through the Capital Investment Grant (CIG) program.

Who Should Apply
Organizations receiving SFY 24 Community Based Primary Care Clinic (CBPCC) Grants through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment are eligible to complete the mandatory intent to apply form and submit a full grant proposal.

The notice of intent to apply for the SFY 2024 CIG Grant is due by 11:45 p.m. on August 30, 2023.

To help minimize the number of partial applications received, this year we will be sending an email from Survey Monkey to the person responsible for submitting the CIG grant application. This will allow the submitter to leave the application and be able to click the link in their email and go right back to where they left off in the application.  Editing will be allowed until the application has been submitted.  If the person listed changes before you begin submitting your CIG application, please contact Kari Parker kparker@communitycareks.org so an updated email can be sent.
