Protecting the Johnson Amendment. (prohibits 501(c)(3)s from endorsing or opposing political candidates)
Protecting the 501(c)(3) tax exempt status qualifications as currently established in the U.S. tax code.
Expanding QCD eligibility to include Donor Advised Funds. (IRA Charitable Rollover Facilitation and Enhancement Act)
Expanding QCD eligibility beyond IRAs to include 401k and 403b retirement plans. (The Charity Parity Act)
Supporting State law initiatives to streamline the release of IRA charitable beneficiary distributions and TODs. (RIFT Initiative)
