2.34 yo male w/ stricturing ileal Crohn’s.  Hx multiple ✂️ ➡️ 150cm small bowel in continuity with residual colon.  Currently taking loperamide and Lomotil 2 tabs QID w/ meals and bedtime as well as cholestyramine 4 g QID.  Still having ongoing diarrhea with loose, oily stools that float.
