Wyoming established a designated outdoor refreshment area in May 2020.  A designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA) is a specifically designated area that allows patrons over the age of 21 to purchase alcoholic beverages from an establishment and carry them within a clearly defined area within the City.

Upon formation of the DORA, Wyoming City Council asked for community feedback as part of a review process to evaluate the impacts of the DORA to residents and businesses.  The data from this survey will be shared with City Council as part of the review process.
