Self Directed Pro-D Activity for October 24, 2025

Intended to provide information to the CTA Pro-D committee as to teacher Self -Directed Pro-D.

CTA members are reminded that Self-Directed Professional Development must fall within the realm of the BCTF PD lens, particularly in the areas of relevance, autonomy and responsibility.
Self-Directed activities should be completed on-site, unless you have prior approval to be off-site from your administrator.  
Activities with a cost involved must be Pre-Approved by pdchair@chilliwackteachers.com.
1.Name of Teacher (NEW: each teacher must complete their own form).(Required.)
2.Select your school/site from the drop down menu:(Required.)
3.Focus of Learning / Description of how it is connected to your teaching practice. 
*Please note: If there is a COST involved with your activity, please complete a PRE-APPROVAL form and send it to pdchair@chilliwackteachers.com one month BEFORE the event.
4.Desired outcome/goal.  Please be detailed.(Required.)
