David Ramirez Scholarship Application--for Girlstart Alumna

The Austin Capital Area Community Leadership Council is pleased to announce the David Ramirez Scholarship Program which will award a $1,000 scholarship to a Girlstart alumna (any girl who has attended at least one Girlstart program is eligible). Applicants must also be a high school senior planning to attend college in 2012 or currently attending a college or a university.

The Austin Capital Area Community Leadership Council (ACACLC) is a local community oriented organization dedicated to helping promote, develop and advance the communication and leadership skills of Austin area Hispanic youth.

This $1,000 scholarship will be matched 1:1 by the Hispanic Scholarship Consortium (doubling the scholarship!). The deadline is March 16, 2012. This is step one of the application. For questions, please email julie@girlstart.org.
