Part I - Exemptions

Do you grow, harvest, pack or hold fresh produce in Montana?  Then you should take this brief survey.  While the roll-out of the Food Safety Modernization Act and Produce Safety Rule can appear overwhelming, the Montana Department of Agriculture has designed this survey to hear your concerns and to identify the area(s) of highest need for assistance with these new requirements.

Please share your responses and feedback.  This survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete.  If you would like to complete the survey over the phone, on paper, or would like additional information, please call 406-444-0131 or email foodsafety@mt.gov.
