Challenge Goal: accumulate at least 600 minutes of physical activity each month.

What Counts: exercise includes any physical activity that requires moderate to active participation and is continuous for at least ten (10) consecutive minutes.

How to Track and Submit Your Minutes: track your minutes of physical activity using your body wearable fitness device and/or fitness app (example: Fitbit, Apple Watch, Google Fit) or print and track using the paper Seasonal Fitness Challenge Daily Exercise Log.  At the end of each season, complete this Online Seasonal Fitness Challenge Minutes and Exercises Form and fill in the following information for each month:
  • Minutes of qualifying physical activity for the month.
  • Range of qualifying minutes for the month.
  • Types of exercises you completed for the month.
There's no need to submit your logs to Employee Wellness, but you'll want to keep a copy for your own records in case of an audit.

Points: earn up to 60 Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points each season.
  • 600 - 999 minutes per month = 10 points
  • 1,000 - 1,499 minutes per month = 15 points
  • 1,500 + minutes per month = 20 points
Prizes: seasonal drawing for 1 of 15 Corporate Rewards gift cards.
