NHS App Survey

Thank you for taking the time to read and complete this survey. It has been developed by Healthwatch Wirral to find out about people's views, knowledge and experience of using Apps to help manage health, including the NHS App.

The NHS App is designed to give people a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on their smartphone, tablet or device. The same service is also available in a web browser on the NHS website.

The findings from this survey will help us to make sure that the people who design the NHS App are aware of your experiences and needs. Our aim is to make recommendations about the way information is provided and accessed by ALL.
