thread is conducting our annual provider need’s survey. This survey is also available online at www.threadalaska.org please complete only one survey per person. The goal for this survey is to better understand training participant needs and to use this information to plan for the upcoming training year. Surveys completed and returned to your local Resource and Referral Agency by August 15, 2011 will be entered into a prize drawing. The prize this year is a $50 gift certificate to Barnes and Noble Booksellers. This certificate can also be used for online purchases at www.barnesandnoble.com
