The South Coast Primary & Community Partnership together with Bass Coast and South Gippsland Shire Councils are collating information on changes to service delivery within Bass Coast and South Gippsland during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The information provided will be collated into a fortnightly report and distributed to all participating service providers. It will assist you to support your members and clients to navigate the changing service arrangements locally. This is particularly important for vulnerable groups in our community.

We are also in the process of updating the COVID-10 Supports Booklet (Community Facing resource) and will use the information provided through this survey to describe your service and how to contact your organisation. Please ensure all information is correct, with the main triage/customer enquiry phone numbers and websites clearly documented.
