* 4. Choose rank these date options. All congregations will be given either their top or second choice and contact persons will be notified as soon as possible if their top choice cannot be given. All options are $225 a person. Financial assistance is available by contacting Molly at mbeck@sepa.org.

Option 1 – Arrive in time for MYLE & DAYLE and leave the day the Gathering ends. Leave approximately 5:00 a.m. on July 12, arriving mid afternoon of July 12, leave noon on July 19th.

Option 2 – Arrive a day before the Gathering. Leave approximately 5:00 a.m. on July 14, arriving mid afternoon July 14, leave noon on July 19th.

Option 3 – Arrive the day the Gathering begins and leave the day it ends. Leave approximately 5:00 a.m. on July 15, arriving by mid afternoon, leave noon on July 19th.

Option 4 – Arrive the day of the Gathering and stay a day later. Leave approximately 5:00 a.m. on July 15, arriving by mid afternoon, leave noon on July 20th.
