Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for the 2023 SEMM Forum Conference. The Call for Proposals closes on Friday, July 21st.

Please note that presenters do not receive paid compensation, however they will receive a $400 discount for the full (2-day) program on November 8-9, 2023 in Toronto.

Note: If you are interested in presenting a half-day or full-day Pre-Conference Workshop on November 7, 2023, email your proposal to jennifer@brainstorm.ca instead of completing this form.
