SEIU 1021 has heard from our members that there are numerous contract violations and OSHA violations happening at SCUSD schools and worksites during the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
Your union is working hard to document and file charges against the District with the Public Employee Relations Board (PERB) wherever these violations are happening.
 
This documentation and the PERB charges are critical as we move toward a potential unfair labor practice (ULP) strike due to District management's unwillingness to negotiate in good faith to protect the health and safety of SCUSD employees, students, and the community.
