Introduction
You are invited to participate in an anonymous voluntary online study of exercise and emotions conducted by Amanda C. Etienne, MA, under the supervision of Lynn E. O’Connor, Ph.D., and Jack W. Berry, Ph.D. In order to participate, you must be between the ages of 18 and 65.
If you volunteer to participate in this anonymous study, you will complete a series of questionnaires. The total length of time for completion of the survey is approximately 10-15 minutes. The various questionnaires ask you to identify and quantify your exercise habits, exercise motives, and aspects of your internal states, such as mood.
This study is entirely anonymous. No identifying information will be collected about you or the computer or Internet service provider through which you are accessing this web site.
This study is entirely voluntary. If you volunteer to be in this study, you may end your participation at any time without consequences of any kind. You may end your participation by closing your web browser, or by directing your web browser to another site on the World Wide Web.
You may withdraw your consent at any time and discontinue particpation without penalty. You are not waiving any legal claims, rights, or remedies because of your participation in this research study.
