Experiencing antisocial behaviour of any kind or being involved in an abusive relationship is extremely emotionally draining.

Continued exposure to abuse and criminality can destroy self-confidence and have detrimental effects on psychological well-being.

It is important that you can find strength within yourself. There are a number of ways that you can support yourself during this time
