1. Protection during an Abusive or Violent Incident

It is important that you and those close to you remain safe. It may be helpful to have a plan in place so that you know what to do when you are feeling threatened.

Depending on the situation, you might want to keep an "emergency bag" prepared. You can store this somewhere safe in the home or give it to a trusted friend. In this bag can be important documents and extra clothing so that you can leave quickly and safely.

Once you have filled in your plan press "PRINT" under "FILE" in the top left of the computer screen.

Once your plan has been printed press "DONE" at the bottom of the page.

Please keep this copy somewhere safe or give it to a trusted friend.
