1. Logbook

It is important that you keep a log/diary of any incidents or behaviours that are important. You should do this AS SOON after the event as possible.

The account should include a description of the person (s), their behaviour as well as the consequences.

Incidents are not limited to those of a violent nature. Harassment, stalking, destruction of property or a worsening in mental health issues can also be documented.

There is a space at the end where you can include additional information or your own thoughts / feelings about the incident(s).


Once you have filled in your logbook press "PRINT" under "FILE" in the top left of the computer screen.

Once your logbook has been printed press "DONE" at the bottom of the page.

Please keep this copy somewhere safe or give it to a trusted friend.
