SEAMO Strategic Planning

The Southeastern Ontario Academic Medical Organization (SEAMO) is embarking on a planning exercise to create a Strategic Plan that will define priorities for the next 3-5 years. As part of this work, we want to better understand the experiences and needs of our members to help inform what we focus on in the next five years. We want to explore what our members value and understand about SEAMO today, and how we leverage the SEAMO structure to better support physicians in the delivery of clinical care, research and teaching.
