If you work as a substitute, there is a section on substitute-specific issues after the sections for all members and for your bargaining group.
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Please set aside enough time to complete it in one sitting. If you do get interrupted while taking the survey, leave the window up and come back to it when you can.
