Distance Learning Assistance Project - Needs and Resources Survey

Introduction

Several St. David’s parishioners have been brainstorming for the past few weeks about how our church family can help each other and our broader community with the challenges posed by Loudoun County Public Schools beginning the 2020-21 school year with 100% distance learning. We decided to survey the parish about the family needs and volunteer resources available within our church community before rolling out specific plans.

If you are interested in receiving assistance through the St. David’s community, or are interested in providing assistance to local families, please complete this survey. If you know of a local family in particular need of assistance, please share the link to this survey with them! You do not need to be a St. David’s parishioner to answer this survey.

We need to collect names and contact information with this survey so we can reach back out to connect you with specific opportunities. This information will not be used for any other purpose, nor shared with anyone outside of the St. David’s distance learning working group.
